WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our products are shipped either by UPS or by USPS Priority.
The products are shipped from our Florida location at area code: 32622.

You may request an expedited shipping method, but you will be charged a non-refundable surcharge. To get expedited shipping please contact us.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept a Shopify credit payment system.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Our website is secured by encrypted security through Shopify. Also, we at Abidingprintscom do not have access to your credit card information. The actual processing of your credit card is hidden and processed by a heavily secured third party.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders are usually placed via the website. From time to time, we do take orders over the phone. If over the phone, we will destroy all card numbers and other information.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No! you do not have to make an account to place an order. You will only be asked at checkout for the name, shipping address, and payment information required to process your order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, please email us at sales@edithellen.com. This needs to be done as soon as possible because once the package is in transit it cannot be canceled. It can be returned, of course, but canceling will save on shipping, etc.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you a tracking number that can be used to track your package progress once it is shipped. If you are concerned or need information, do not hesitate to contact us HERE

Shopping Information

WHAT MAKES OUR PRINTS LAST A GENERATION?

Any frame should last indefinitely but many prints last ONLY 3-5 yrs. This is due to the interaction of residual acid in the canvas/photo paper that causes yellowing. OUR canvases/photo paper, unless expressly stated otherwise, will be acid-free. This will enable prints to resist yellowing for a generation or more.

Many prints ON THE MARKET are printed with dye-based inks. These prints will fade in time. We only use pigment-based inks. These inks are made to last for 100 years or more!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Your print will be processed in a day or two. If mounted, your print will require up a week to process. That is due to paint drying times. If you order multiple paintings expect a longer delay in shipping. Shipping will vary as to the destination. California will take 5 days.

WHY IS THE WIDTH-TO-HEIGHT RATIO APPROXIMATED?

Every work of art has its own unique width-to-height ratio. We offer 9 different ratios, and your print will be made to conform to the ratio that is closest to the actual exact ratio. We do this to streamline the framing process by making frames ahead of time. The skewing, if any, is not obvious.
